Took my 1999 996 C4 to Top Automotive for a second opinion on some engine issues and I'm really glad I did. Nick and Dennis have been great to work with the whole way through. You can tell right away these guys actually specialize in Porsches, not just a shop that works on everything and happens to see a 911 now and then. While my car was there I saw daily drivers like mine all the way up to GT3 and GT3 RS cars, spanning everything from air-cooled 964s and 993s up through 991 and 992 models. They also have the actual factory Porsche diagnostic capability, not just a generic scan tool, which most shops don't have. What I liked most is how data-driven their approach is. Before they touched anything they did a full inspection and pulled diagnostic data to actually see what was going on with the car instead of just guessing or throwing parts at it. The attention to detail was honestly next level too. When they came across worn or outdated parts, like an older cam sprocket design and a known-weak plastic fork guide, they upgraded to newer, more reliable versions instead of just putting the same thing back in. Says a lot about how they're thinking long term about the car, not just che

After an incredibly frustrating experience with a Porsche dealership in Atlanta, where my Panamera was misdiagnosed and I was significantly overcharged, I was honestly hesitant to trust anyone else with the car. Then I found Top Automotive Inc. and Nick’s repair videos on YouTube. After several phone consultations with Nick, I decided to make the four-hour trip to have my Panamera properly diagnosed and repaired by him and his team. It was absolutely worth the drive. Nick and his team were knowledgeable, professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They identified the issues correctly, performed the necessary repairs, and gave me the confidence that my car was finally in the right hands. It’s refreshing to find a shop that genuinely knows Porsche vehicles and stands behind its work. If you own a Porsche Panamera and are looking for someone you can trust, I highly recommend Top Automotive Inc. The four-hour drive was nothing compared to the peace of mind I got from knowing my car was being handled by people who truly know what they’re doing. Thank you, Nick, Dennis and the entire Top Automotive team!

Can’t say enough great things about these guys! They have regularly exceeded my expectations. Extremely proficient technically with excellent attention to detail, but also enjoyable to work with. Would highly recommend if you have high-end Porsche Turbos or GT cars. They can handle the most complex services. This service included a PDK servicing, a broken seat latch repair and damaged sunroof motor.

Nick at was recommended to me for an ambiguous PDK issue on my C4S (black one in Nick’s videos) by my local mechanic who has decades of experience. Nick talked to me for half an hour the first time I reached out on the phone, patiently explaining what could be wrong and what it might cost, without ever confirming if I was even going to bring my car to him. He is a busy guy, but he has always made time to explain things. Once my car was in his shop, he had to unfortunately move his entire shop to a new location, including all the other cars, tools, and associated parts. He was very apologetic, even though it was not his fault at all, but rather the landlord had sold the entire building Nick’s business was in. I didn’t expect this, but he saved me tons of money in labor hours in exchange for the minor delay. He also worked with me when I went out of town for work, and could not respond to questions to go ahead with a repair or order parts from Germany during times when tariffs were delaying shipping times. All the while, he was very understanding of my situation and extremely professional while my car was taking up valuable space in his shop. He sent me videos explaining repair reco
